  1. A Potential score according to pre-op mobility, for example if patient was using 1 stick prior to fracture and also at the time of review, they were awarded 15 points. Grades awarded according to total marks. Excellent = 100-81 points; good = 80-61; fair 60-41 and less than 40 = failure.
